Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? Not a problem!
You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we might not be able to make adjustments. If you do cancel in time, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully pack each order, but if something arrives damaged (a product defect or item physically broken), please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item, email support@luminousessence.ca with a clear photo of the damage. We'll let you know if you're eligible for a free replacement. Damage to packaging only (like a dented box) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is unharmed. We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship your order quickly and safely. However, Luminous Essence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external issues.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the quickest resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If your address is incorrect and we’re not informed within 24 hours, we may not be able to resend or refund your order.
